Please take a moment to review the following information before scheduling your appointment. • Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. • A $50 non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee goes toward your total service price. • Only the person receiving the service is allowed — no extra guests unless approved. • Remaining balance is due at the time of service via accepted payment methods. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy
Retainers: All retainers are non-refundable. Retainers may be transferred only once if you reschedule, provided you give at least 24 hours notice. If more than one reschedule is needed, a new retainer must be paid.
Grace Period: There is a 15-minute grace period. Clients arriving after 15 minutes may have their appointment canceled, and the retainer will be forfeited.
Cancellations/Reschedules: All cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice.
No Call / No Show: Failure to provide 24-hour notice or missing an appointment without contact will result in a No Call / No Show status. Clients with a No Call / No Show will be required to prepay in full for their next appointment before services can be rendered.
